East Coast Producer Releases Indie Gospel Music Compilation CD
...featuring the hot, urban gospel track, "Faults"
Tuesday 11 November, 2014
With great anticipation, God's Glory Music Group releases a compilation album of independent gospel music, "The Best of Indie Gospel, Volume 1". This project features 11 nationally and locally recognized artists, including Stellar and Dove Award nominee Tanya Dallas-Lewis, gospel songbird Angela Bryant-Brown, and Rhythm of Gospel Award winner Anitra Wilson.
This album features 14 tracks of both urban and contemporary gospel sounds. Most notable is the urban, rhythm infused "Faults" by Tanya Dallas-Lewis that will have you dancing in your seat as you reflect on the graciousness of God to look to your needs in spite of your faults! Gregory Gay of GospelFlava.com says of the album, "GGMG's 'Best of Indie Gospel Compilation' series unearths some precious gems with its inaugrural debut."
The compilation is distributed by Tate Music Group and produced byBaron Sorrell of God's Glory Music Group, a production company designed to provide quality sound for independent gospel music artists. Mr. Sorrell, a devoted Seventh Day Adventist, is behind the production of this album. He brings to the table more than a decade of musical production and A&R experience. "The motivation behind this compilation is to give indie artists a platform. GGMG is a place for indie artists to produce quality gospel music," says Sorrell.
