Ashford Sanders Late Night IHOP Serenade Goes Viral

Fountain of Life recording artist and Mississippi native Ashford Sanders seems to draw an audience everywhere he goes and such was the case earlier this month when he happened upon a restaurant in Jackson, Mississippi filled with high school prom attendees.  The young crowd was excited to be in the presence of the BET Sunday Best Season 5 top ten finalist and asked him to sing  for them.  Sanders readily obliged striking up a verse of a song he popularized while on the show, in turn he asked the audience to sing with him.  The restaurant turned into a choir with everyone joining in to sing Something About the Name Jesus in perfect three part harmony.

The melodic moment was captured on cell phones and uploaded to social media.  The local news came calling for a quote, unbeknownst to Sanders, the video would go viral and garner over 3 million views.

"I just want to be where God can get the best service from me", said Sanders of the moment.  "It was a unique time and I really never anticipated that the entire restaurant would break out and sing, but I must say it was a feel good moment, AND God got glory out of it."

Ashford Sanders' new single, Because You've Been Good is making its way up the radio charts and is available on all digital outlets.
